Raffles · A-thons · Squares · Teams

Fundraising that actually raises more.

Most platforms give your organization one page and one link. TazFund gives every team and every participant their own — then tracks every text, click, and ticket back to the person who earned it.

One platform

Every format your season actually uses

Groups don't run one kind of fundraiser. They run a 50/50 in the fall, a shootathon in the spring, and squares on Friday night. TazFund handles all of it under one roof and one settlement.

Teams & participants

This is the difference between a campaign that raises what your board members can give and one that reaches every family in the program.

Payouts & reporting

Fundraising platforms are judged in the two weeks after the campaign, when someone has to tie the deposit to the activity.

The difference

Attribution is the whole game

A single shared link tells you a campaign raised $24,000. It doesn't tell you that Varsity Soccer drove a third of it, that texts converted better than email, or which eleven kids never sent a single message.

TazFund attributes every send, every click, and every dollar to a participant and a team — so you can coach the campaign while it's still running, not autopsy it afterward.

How it works

Live before your next practice ends

  1. 01

    Configure once in admin

Pick an offering — raffle, reverse raffle, squares, Sport-A-Thon, or donations. Set goals, fees, and which states can buy. AI can draft the page copy. Your org gets a branded subdomain.

  2. 02

    Roster your teams

Import groups and members. Each one gets a personal page, a goal, and a share link with attribution baked in.

  3. 03

Participants share, you watch it land

Built-in email and text tools send from the participant's own page. Sends, clicks, and sales all roll up live.

Stuck on the write-up? AI drafts campaign copy and reads the report from inside admin.

Questions

What organizers ask us first

Do we need a separate tool for raffles, a-thons, and donations?

No. Pick one offering per campaign — a 50/50, prize raffle, reverse raffle, squares board, Sport-A-Thon, or donation drive — and donations can still overlay any of them. Separate goals, one combined settlement. Turn on only what you need.

How does a Sport-A-Thon actually get paid?

Supporters authorize a pledge at checkout — flat, per unit (shot, mile, serve), or both, with an optional cap. After you record results, billing charges what was earned. Participants each get a page to collect pledges, the same way they would for a raffle.

How does each participant get their own page?

When you roster a group or member in admin, TazFund generates a page and a share link for them automatically. Their page shows their own goal and progress, and anything bought through their link is credited to them and their team.

Can we use our own branding and domain?

Every organization runs on its own subdomain with its own logo and brand colors. Supporters never land on a generic marketplace page listing other people's campaigns.

Are raffles legal for our organization?

Raffle and sweepstakes rules are set state by state, and some states restrict or prohibit them. TazFund lets you block ticket sales in specific states, but you are responsible for confirming what your organization is permitted to run. Check with your state's charitable gaming office before you launch.

How do winners get paid?

The draw is recorded with the winning ticket numbers and the payout amount per winner. Payouts, refunds, and voids all appear in settlement reporting so your treasurer can reconcile the campaign in one place.

What happens to our data if we leave?

Donor, supporter, and transaction records are yours. Export them from reporting at any time as CSV — there is no export fee and no lock-in period.
