Published fundraising pricing is 5% + $0.25 per transaction, with no monthly fees and no setup fees. Payment processing is billed separately by your provider. Districts and multi-location groups can request contracted organization pricing.
Are there setup fees or contracts?
No setup fee and no long-term contract on published fundraising rates. You can run one campaign and stop. Organization pricing is quoted and contracted separately.
Can supporters cover the fees?
Yes. Donation and ticket checkout can prompt supporters to add processing costs so the full amount reaches your cause. It is opt-in and clearly disclosed either way.
Who owns the donor data?
You do. Export donors, supporters, and transactions to CSV at any time, at no additional cost.
Can we get a custom rate for our organization?
